May God rest The King: George Jones. He always was one of my very favorite 60's country stars. Rest in peace

I love music and I love to learn. I am self taught in all of my instruments. I like folk, world, bluegrass, and classical/baroque music. In addition to repairing instruments I also do artwork on instruments and cases for people. I like to play at jams, hoedowns, war reenactments, church. Anyplace where people will listen to me. The guitar was my first instrument I picked up but it was too easy so I got a banjo. It was challenging but I loved it, loved the timbre and the breakneck speed. I still love it. After that came the violin. It was easy at first but it gets harder as the music you play does! After that came the challenging piano accordion. I am in love with it. Many people think it is a goofy instrument but they are so formidable, so complex, and so powerful. I am now learning oboe to play in my school concert band. It is a lot of fun but also extremely challenging. Among my other hobbies are raising/training birds, art, writing, calligraphy, and highschool. I am involved in my school's Art Guild and volunteer at a local bird sanctuary. I'd love to play in an orchrestra but I don't tink I have the nerve or education. I'd really like to play professionally, somehow, but I don't know if it will ever be possible. My competition is so far ahead of me. Well, that's about all I got.
