A good old two chord song that I took a shot at.

And ya hit it dead-center Terry. Always liked this tune, it's a good'n.

I'm not certain that Vivian Williams wrote this tune. Are you just noting that it's her version that you're playing?
Nice job playing this tune by the way!

Here's an excerpt from ibiblio.org/fiddlers/CROO_CRY.htm
CROOKED STOVEPIPE [1]. American, Canadian; Reel or Polka. USA; New England, Michigan, Missouri. Canada; Ontario, Prince Edward Island. G Major. Standard tuning. AA'B (Miller & Perron/1983): AABB (Johnson): AA'BB' (Begin, Miller & Perron/1978, Miskoe & Paul, Perlman, Phillips). The tune is sometimes attributed to Nova Scotia fiddler Colin J. Boyd, and it is thought that it originated in Canada and spread to New England from Ottawa. “Crooked Stovepipe” was recorded on 78 RPM in 1932 by Hugh “Hughie” A. MacDonald, sometimes known as “The Polka King.”

Very nicely played. The backing is excellent. I've downloaded the mp3 for practice use. Thanks for posting.
