A rough little recording I made of a tune from the Couderay lumber camp in Northern Wisconsin. I learned it from an old recording of Otto Rindlisbacher of Rice Lake, WI. The tune isn't a jig in the 6/8-time Irish sense, but rather in the Quebecois or Metis sense of being a stepdance tune.

A couple of Irish jigs played on the Hardanger fiddle. The second one is a composition of mine.
