Picked up the fiddle, 2 years ago now. Started out with an electric after seeing Tracy Silverman play one at Carnegie hall. Was amazed at the sounds he could make. Bought an acoustic a year after that and I've been scritching along ever since. I'm a completely self taught hack and make no apologies for it. I play mostly Irish tunes and some bluegrass. I can also play piano, guitar and mandolin. I like to mess around with multitrack recording software - you can hear some of my stuff at ezfolk.com (remember the scritching comment - don't say I didn't warn ya)
