The new Old Time Band I play with, Red Hen (Me, David Kiphuth, Allan Carr and Linda Schrade) will be hosting JImmy at a nice friendly little concert down the street from our house near Schenectady NY on Saturday October 11th. -we are really looking forward to his visit again (he was here in March). It has been great working up new music and tunes with the band. David is a great old time banjo player and an artistic genius on the dobjo (dobro banjo) and is also a fine singer. His wife, LInda is rock solid on guitar and has one of THE Great voices-My husband Allan (he is originally from scotland) is also a GREAT singer and guitarist (he also plays bass) so we have had a lot of fun with layered harmonies, cool old and new tunes and songs (a bunch of my original tunes with Allan's words) so it's all good!
We just finished our new demo and are looking to book some concerts and festivals. Stay tuned! Hope to have some info on my website soon.
