It pays $18 an hour or about 38,000 a year. I have to sell the equivalent of my yearly salary before I start getting commissions which are 8% of every sale. It's a company called "Market Traders Institute" and they sell software packages that teach people how to invest in the stock market, blue chips, insider trading etc. The packages are like $7,000 so I have to sell and negotiate financing including downpayments monthly etc.....different but seems to be a great company. I'll find out if I make the cut by weeks end

I have another interview soon hopefully but not putting all of my eggs in on basket, applying for other positions. We also have a car in the works, got insurance yesterday and am getting tag, title and reg this week.

Yeah, wheels are important in the US of A. I think that possibly the only place where car ownership is not normal is New York City. I was a cab driver once or thrice, and a fare who was from New York told me that.

The car was given to us by some very dear friends who used to go to a church I used to attend before I left for Argentina. It's a 2010 Chevy Cobalt L and it's in near pristine condition! A HUGE blessing!! We are soo excited. Yes, I've heard the same thing about New York, Argentine cities are the same....but I miss having a car. This is the first time in my wifes 40 years she's ever owned a car so she was in near tears when they handed us the keys. It's a dream for her...
