Been doing these excercises every day for about 5 minutes or so before warm-up and practice. Ohh what a difference they make. I actually feel a little bit of "burn" or like "work-out" surprisingly in my wrist area there. Feels like there's some little muscles there that haven't been worked out before that were needing to be:

Anybody else practice these? Wow I wish I hadn't overlooked these before. Since doing these it's been helping me to keep my pinky on the stick and also curved as well.
