I'm giving a fiddle workshop this Saturday, January 25 from 1-3 PM at the Folk School - a service of 88.1 KDHX. Will be teaching some tunes I learned from a great North Missouri dance fiddler, Nile Wilson from Bucklin. Mandolin players welcome - these tunes work out nicely on the mando. Just can't say enough good things about the Folk School, or KDHX! Both do so much for the music community in St Louis.
Wont be able to make your workshop Charlie, unfortunately. Frankly, I'm kind of bumming..sure sounds like a lot of fun!

Sorry you couldn't make it. We're doing it again on April 19th. Also, I'm going to post YouTube videos of the tunes I taught and will send you the link. Great organization and their new facility for the folk school is 1st rate. Cheers.

Look forward to the You Tube postings...and I thank you in advance for the link! Certainly will do all I can to make the April workshop, and bring along my fiddle friends. It will be nice to check out the new digs for the Folk School.
