will i have been through alot of the same thing over the 40 years i played for clubs, partys, pubs, and so on one year i started 10 bands and one guy would quit then the next guy would quit you can,t fly with the eagels when you work with turkeys that don,t work out. i,m retaired now days and miss live playing.i had to retire i had a stroke now i play with old time and irish bands we don,t make much money thats ok i play more for the fun of playing dearing the time i,ve played i would bet i had worked with about 75 our more or less people some i miss some i don,t it is good if you can work things out remember each musician has there oun thing to add or take away work it out only if you can when i went through all the musicians some moved away some got new jobs some were burned out and there wifes don,t want them to play ect.and so on wish you the best
