The first full-fledged "tour" for my band is coming up just less than a month away. In the planning since last fall, we've lined up 3 contra dances, 3 small/house concerts, a festival, 3 pubs and a lunch time concert. It's been a huge amount of work to organize, but I (and rest of the band) are really psyched for the music and the adventure (though I think that we all enjoy doing this as an add-on to our regular "day jobs".
We're starting in Pittsburgh June 13-16, then a stop in Harrisburg, 2 days in Princeton, NJ and some back-and-forth between the Harrisburg/York areas and Philadelphia.

It would be really fun to meet up with other Fiddle Hangout-ers (is that the grammatically correct?) and I've been in touch with a few already but would love to find more people along the way.
Counting down.... we leave June 13!
