Portland, Oregon, has a new Every Sunday Square Dance supported by Bubbaville, the folk who organize the annual Portland Old Time Music Gathering. The dance is a little over a month old and is off to a great start. Here's a video one of my friend's put together to help promote the dance:
The dance organizers are trying to raise money to buy equipment and to pay callers, bands, and the hall to ensure that this dance can continue for the foreseeable future. Folk interested in contributing can visit the Every Sunday Square Dance page on IndieGoGo.
