Hi. I am sorry to hear your teacher quit. It is hard to get a reliable teacher. It is also hard to get reliable students. My last student quit and owes me money! So know I have a blanket policy of pay to play. I did not want to do this but have no choice. Most people take a few lessons than quit. However I have had a few students stick with me for 6 months or longer. We can possibly do lessons by mail or email. I also have Skype. My rate is $20 per lesson which is usually an hour long. If this rate is too high I will take $10 due to the economy and that you are long distance. I never had a long distance student but I am willing to try. I have several method books available. I have a fiddle book too. Are you a beginner? How long have you been playing? I have suzuki books as well. I can get more books locally or by mail to send you I just need to know your level of playing. Another thought is you could record your playing on cassette tape or cd and mail it to me for me to listen to and review. I think Skype may be a little easier. My skype id is lucinda.kerrigan i do accept paypal which I prefer over checks. My paypal address is bcindyfree3@yahoo.com. Please let me know what you decide. You may contact me by phone or email. Phone is faster to be honest but I am online every day most days. My primary email is; bcindyfree@gmail.com and my phone number is 618-942-3680. I hope to hear from you soon. Have a great day!

Hi Rich,
Sounds like you figured out what will work best for you. Skype is free from computer to computer. If you use Skype to call cell phone or landline there is a charge. For more information about Skype just go to skype.com. I was thinking of not even charging you. Since it would be long distance. I just wanted to help. If you still wanna chat with me I am on Facebook under Lucinda Kerrigan herrin, il. I wish you the best in your music and retirement. Have a great day!
