Hello there fiddle hangout,
I don't know why it's taken me this long to join fiddle hangout, but here I am! Looks like a great place to share fiddle fondness, inspiration, and knowledge! Please visit my website www.meghandudlemusic.com to see what is new with me! I am quite excited about my *still new to me* album, You Are Always In My Dreams, that I finished this past winter. No, not this winter, last winter. Gosh, is it really winter? While I played honky-tonk inspired fiddle with The Ditchlilies for about four years, this album stays firmly in the old-time fiddle vein with traditional tunes and some original songs/compositions. I recorded at Dakota Dave Hull's studio in MPLS with some very dear musicians: Eric Lind, Adam Kiesling, Daniel Libby, Jake Hyer, Alyssa Bicking, Colin Harris, Lonesome Dan Kase, and Karen Mueller.
I'd love to hear some reviews and feedback here on fiddle hangout, so please let me know if you can review. (thanks!)
Please check my website out (as that is brand new too!) And let me know what is *NEW* with you!
Cheers and fiddle dust,
Meghan Dudle

I LOVE your version of Old Joe Clark. I've always liked the fiddle banjo duets, and you've captured it perfectly with that. Welcome to the FHO!

Well I just linked over to your web page and was pleasantly surprised at what I heard. What a nice fresh spin you've put on some old time music. Nice job on the vocal harmony as mentioned. Your fiddle voicings have inspired me to practice with added determination. Thanks.
