I cannot watch this video enough. Chris Perry (aka Peakfiddler) is a delight to see - he plays from his heart, and it is reflected in his style. It is something that, as a classically-trained and orchestra-raised teen violinist, was a no-no for us. We strove for synchronicity in sound and motion, which I suppose is just as much a part of an orchestral performance as the music is. I am only beginning to lose that "serious" style that I gew up with in the three or so years that I have been fiddling. I hope that I can be as free one day in fiddling as Chris is.
