40 years ago I picked up a Banjo and learned to play the thing.
Since then I've over the years picked up the Auto Harp, Dulcimer, Mandolin, Upright Bass really just about anything with strings on it cept the fiddle.
I've been saying for 30 years I'm gonna get a Fiddle and learn to play. I didn't do that till recently.
Had I've known what I was missing I would have put down the other Instruments and concentrated on the Fiddle.
I got my Fiddle bout 2 1/2 months ago and play and practice everyday and I get a feeling that I was really born to play this Instrument only I didn't know it.
The Fiddle just feels natural to me. I've got a handle on the bow, I've got a lot to learn on Bowing but so far the Bow feels natural like it's supposed to be in my hand now.
The finger board is also natural feeling as far as finding the notes. My fingers just seem to know where to go and what note is where.
So far here's the songs I learned to play.
Maiden's Prayer, Soldier's Joy, Cluck Old Hen, Kentucky Waltz, Amazing Grace, Tennessee Waltz, Cajun Fiddle, Cripple Creek, Red Haired Boy, Ashokan Farewell, Cherokee Shuffle, Faded Love, Angelina Baker & Whiskey Before Breakfast
Next to learn will be Jerusalem Ridge, Red Wing, Sally Goodin & Back Up & Push.
I just wish I had of picked this instrument up a long time ago. Oh well, better late than never.
TaTa For Now, Y'all

Each instrument only adds to your knowledge. Plus, this way, when we're allowed to clone ourselves, you're gonna have a helluva band........and YOU get to keep all the money!
