Bluegrass On The Waccamaw is a local bluegrass festival that takes place near my home every year. This year its gonna be May 9th. Well this year, due to hard times, the guy who runs the thing couldnt book as many bands as he would like so he gave my fiddle instructer a 45 minute block on the big stage.
My fiddle instructor is bringing his best students on stage with him, and he decided to take me. I am already really nervous about playing in front of hundreds of people, but hopefully i'll do really good. I believe me and him are gonna play four tunes: Old Joe Clark, Bonaparte's Retreat, Blackberry Blossom, and Tennesee Waltz. I can play all these fairly well so I should be okay...Wish me luck!!!

You're gonna do fine! Just channel Curly Ray, LOL!
I do know how you feel. I'm playing Musikfest this year with Suze. We've got a half hour set to fill. Luckily we have until August. But yeah, a big deal. Potential for a big audience.
