Yep...i had a good time up there! I jammed for a while...watched the bands..I even performed with a gospel group in the Sunken Lobby, so I had a great time! I didn't see any Fiddle Hangout stickers other than mine so I was just wondering if any of you guys was there?

I'm guessing this took place out in South Carolina, Nick. Out here in Northern California, I'm told, we are the third biggest area for bluegrass in the U.S. The San Francisco bay area and Marin and central valley here have large numbers of fans and players. And although I've never attended one of the official classes at the CBA (California Bluegrass Assn.) campouts, I've been lucky to have many of the great players give me tips. What did you learn? Kick offs and some doublestops?

I learned a few licks here and there from fiddlers lined up in the hallways...it was a very good experience!
