Greetings! I will be traveling to Phoenix this week to attend the Folk Alliance Far West Conference with my old friend, and fabulous banjo player Rick Lee-Rick and I have known each other forever, and this past year discovered our fiddle banjo sypatico thing! So when Rick asked me to join him at the conference I said absolutely! We recorded a few tunes for a demo (I will post) and we were off! I'll be playing fiddle on 10/22 at the Phoenix Contradance (pfotm.org )with Boston transplant piano player (and great fiddler and accordianist!) Terry Traub, and RIck and I will do an acoustic concert on Sunday the 26th at the Fiddlers Dream Coffeehouse (www.fiddlersdream.org). Would love to see some FH folks at either of these public events!
