All silliness this one, I actually like playing this tune at a bit more manageable pace. Still, for your entertainment and my own, a recording of the fastest I've ever played it. Not planning to play it as fast again (well, perhaps the speed at the start of the track, not the speed of the last bit though), let alone faster. Pushing for speed, going faster near the end, normally I would try and end at the same pace as I start at of course. There's a couple of more rounds of the tune before this bit, but I didn't want to post that long a track and there were some really bad sqwawks in that that I thought I'd spare youz that bit of it.

This sounds like what an irreverent American fiddler would do to an otherwise respectable European fiddle tune. I like it! it sounds like an instant classic. You should also post the serious version so that we may contrast the two versions and more fully appreciate the speeding violation's hacking of the tune.

Hehe, glad youz like it. It's fun to sometimes speed up to near (and sometimes beyond) falling apart speed. Points out what bits need more work. (Like eh, everything, lol)
I recorded a more serious version for you to compare it with, let me know what you think, FiddlerFaddler.
