Brian Clancey on guitar, who now plays with fiddler Robin Warren as Spirit Fiddle, and Boston area bass player Tom Speth. We called ourselves Wry Whiskey. Brian is playing finger style guitar in open D tuning. We were ahead of our time!

This is an old fiddle tune from one of my favorite fiddler's James Bryan. Can't do it like him, but I love the tune and wanted to try out my new Keith, Curtis, Clifton fiddle I just got in last weekend from Gianna. Love the sound of this instrument. Thanks Gianna.

Love this tune. One of my favorites. I heard Jimmy do it on the Hangout on the longneck banjo and added some fiddle, guitar, and backup vocals. Fun jam.

This is a rough mix of Chucks Eastman Vl100 and myself on guitar, mandolin, and harmony fiddle. Just a sample of Internet Collaboration. Chuck sent me an mp3 file of his fiddle and I mixed in guitar, mandolin, and harmony fiddle. Chuck's in Knoxville, I'm in Jackson, never met, but did this via Internet. Would love to see some of the Hangout folks try this. Think we could get some very nice mixes with all the talent that's here on the Hangout. Everyone already has the technology or you wouldn't be uploading tunes. Just a matter of sharing mp3 files.
