I learned this from a MIssouri fiddler named Tom McConnell back in the early 1980s. It was an old Cyril Stinnett tune. Sorry the guitarist didn't know the chords. He played along before he knew the tune.

Recorded by Mary Alice Bernal at the NOTSBA's "Breakin' Up Winter" festival on March 6-9, 2009. Franklin George (fiddle) and Ron Ault (banjo) playing. This is one of my favorite tunes that Ron Ault plays regularly at the Fiddle & Pick jams in Pegram, TN.

I first heard this from the eponymous Fuzzy Mountain String Band album from the 70's. I always thought it was a fun tune.
