Learned for the June 2015 Virtual Fiddle Festival. Henry Reed tune, key of G, and near as I can tell, no relation to the Low Ground version. Recorded on my Samsung phone, two tracks, using the laptop as the play back for the baritone uke track then recorded with the phone again. It's all I got these days.

Learned for the 2013 Virtual Fiddle Festival. Tuned AEae as is usual for this one. It was originally a regional tune from North Carolina that is now popular with the Southern-styled old time players.

Cricket on the Hearth. Learned from recordings of Norman Edmonds and Charlie Acuff for the July Virtual Fiddle Festival. I tried recording twice before this and the dog kept barking (she's not a fan of the key of D - or maybe she's a huge fan, either way she barks) then on this one, I kept expecting barks....anyway, the end isn't pretty but I think it's funny.

Here's a nice dark sounding tune. I recently played this at a meeting of the Iowa Fiddler's Association and had a gal ask to record my version, so I thought I should post it here for you all. Learned it from Dave Losure via Henry Reed The recording has it's rough spots...

A reload for Virtual Fiddle Fest 2014, thanks Doug ;-) Twin fiddle because I felt like it. Sorry if I didn't get the tracks lined up quite right. Also, it appears to be pretty loud.
