This is a set of reels played by me as part of the Piper's Gathering Tutor's Concert in The Chapel at Wisdom House, Litchfield, CT featuring Owen Marshall on bouzouki. I play the first tune "Orla's Reel" as a tribute to one of my favourite fiddle players, Paul Ruane (RIP) who lived in Tyneside and who composed the melody for his daughter.

The first tune was composed by Paddy O'Brien (Tipperary) and I stole the setting of the second tune, Apples in Winter, from the Dervish album 'Harmony Hill'.
