I am a writer and a musician. Book publications include: Fiddler's Dream (novel) and Wonderful Tricks (short stories). Individual story publications in: The New Yorker, New England Review, Iowa Review, etc. And I play fiddle in the band John Reischman and The Jaybirds. Also some fiddle, but mostly octave mandolin in the band Mighty Squirrel.
