This is a live recording that I made with my Zoom H4, with me on fiddle, fiddler Todd Clewell on guitar, Bill Goldberg on banjo and Suzanne Gates on bass. This is a version I learned from Jerry Correll of Grayson County, VA (Wolfe Bros.).

Hey, I like it! It has quite a bluegrass feel to it, or maybe that's the breakneck speed at which it was played. The B part is a cross between the version I posted and the one I have in the woodshed. It sure is fun to listen to such different versions of the same tune.

Nice tune and nice playing! That rhythm player reminds me a little bit of me, sort of. He needs to get a little more rock 'n roll in the B part. :-) Do you play Old Joe and Monkey on a Dogcart? Those are some of my favorite dance tunes in C.
