I'm on a hornpipe kick--good exercise for the bow and brain. This one is from Jim Newton as it appears in the Dear Old Illinois Book. Nice thing about hornpipes is that those hesitations and painfully out-of-tune notes go by fairly quickly. : )

Yo noticed that too?!
I love a good play on hornpipes. There's such a lilt to them
Great recording
