A gentle and reflective bossa nova. Unusual form. Originally conceived for violin and jazz rhythm section. After this recording was made I found that I was not quite happy with the tune's bridge. So, I made a minor tweak to it. Instead of just slowing the tempo down, the bridge now has a "slow, freely" tempo marking and a fermata over each of the 4 bars to give it more of a free-time feeling. Demo recorded by Amy Leonard, violin; E. Shawn Qaissaunee, guitar; Peter McCarthy, bass; Skip Rohrich, drums.
