Played by Oscar Sherwood Scholes (1891 - 1984), at Buckhorn, Arkansas. Recorded in 1971. Second by Bobby Blair. Os called this "Bodard Waltz", but it was known by the fiddlers in the Younger family, in the same area, as the "Bardot Waltz", or the "Bordeaux Waltz". The latter is probably the correct name, with the others being transliterations.

Where's Buckhorn?
Google shows a Buckhorn south of Brinkley.
That's flat Mississippi delta farming country. Is there another Buckhorn up closer to Mountain View?
