This is me in a live performance with "Stoney Creek" in a club in 1986. I also recorded it with "Mountain Smoke" a band that included 17 year old Vince Gill. I haven't played OBS in 20 years.

Well - I'm impressed....
Dead on double shuffle at speed, good double stops - think I heard a few of Vassar's licks, great intonation on the high E - and in getting up there and down.
Definitely want to put this one on your CD... ;-)

Thanks Paul. I couldn't play that stuff nowadays to save my life. That was back when I was performing constantly with a bluegrass band. I have abandoned all of that show stuff for my real love...simple old-time fiddling.....Glenn
