As done by the All Volunteer String Band, which is associated with the Plank Road Folk Music Society (www.plankroad.org). I'm playing the bass, so you'll need decent speakers to hear it. I'll post a totally different version of this tune with me on the fiddle when I get a chance to record it.

Howdy Michael. Nice tune. It reminds a lot of one that Les Raber used to play called Tenstrike. It was part of the Tenstrike Quadrille which perhaps came from the old books, Gems of the Ballroom. I look forward to hearing your fiddle version.

I have the promised one in the wood shed. I want so bad to play the whole thing using double stops -- I love the way it sounds that way. Be patient with me. It also eats at me that I am not yet set up for multi-track recording -- I have to buy some gear for that.
