Where did you get this version of Boatman? I haven't heard one in this tuning, nor have I heard one that sounds like the tune you are playing here. Interesting and sounds good. Sounds like you are coming along nicely and learning quickly.

I do not read standard notation. But I have tried to play this song as Bruce molsky. Here´s some notation of that one http://www.mne.psu.edu/lamancusa/tunes/boatman.pdf
I did just play this as I thought it goes, but I do not know. I love to use this Ddad-tuning.
