This is the tune referenced in "plucking the fiddle" learned in the late 70's or early 80's from Elmer Shaffer. Elmer, who lived in Millheim, PA, was a fairly well-known Country and Bluegrass fiddler in a very local way with a lot of fans, mostly in Penns Valley. I recorded it in 2004 for a student based on a tribute cassette of his music made by his family when Elmer died. So this is an accurate version of his version of the tune.
