Nice headstock! Judging from its shade, the maple all around (ribs, neck/headstock and back) is North American. Lookin' good.

Your filddles look great, must sound so too. Love the lion headstock. Have not tried an arched top instrument yet. Was planning on an F 5 mandolin this summer untill I was bitten by the hammer dulcimer bug at a folk festival last fall, next project. Don
