This is one of many original banjo tunes by my good friend Bart Veerman and it's posted here with his permission. This tune is one of the tracks on his "Some o' Mine and Some I Like" CD. It sounds hauntingly sad and it works really well on the violin. I haven't recorded it myself yet but feel free to beat me to it, I know Bart would be really pleased.
