Flea Market Specials. I have one nice Amati copy from the 1800's. I had Brian Epp reset the neck, put in a soundpost patch and set the thing up. Now it's a real sweetie.

I was born in East Virginia, To New England I did roam, There I met a fair young maiden, And we did make a happy home.
Picked up the fiddle in '04 after many years of dusty guitar and a year of mandolin. Since then my life has been a dream-in-color of joyful musical exchanges and opportunities. Seems the fiddling has really taken off since I spent a week last summer with Roger Sprung at the Galax Old Fiddler's Convention. Something crept under my skin.
