38/m Eunice Louisiana, have been speaking french on and off since age of 6. my grand father was 1 of the original mamou playboys with maurice berzas. he played his 1st dance at the age of 8yr old. he was a fiddle player. He passed away in 1992, now i have his fiddle and wanting to learn the music that i love dearly. Its my culture nothing like it.
