Mainly a guitar player, I started as a folkie back in the '60's. Been playing old-time for nearly 20 years, and fiddle for about 10. I love playing rhythm guitar, and usually feel I can contribute more to a jam on that way given how many "purty good" fiddlers there are nowadays, but I love playing the fiddle too and I'm starting (tentatively) to think of myself as a fiddler instead of just a dabbler.
