I feel I have basically healed from my Gastric Bypass Surgury. My doctor says it takes 12-18 months to completely heal but I feel very good. I have lost 86 pounds and my energy level is way up. Also I do not have any pains in my knees now. I still get a crick in my back now and then, but that is just age I reckon.
My fiddle playing has not progressed much. I have no decent excuse except that I have not been very disciplined in my practice schedule. What a pitiful excuse. Guess I better resin up the bow and get to it. Thank you all who have expressed concern for my health.
