That's beautiful!

Um, did you write that? I want to put it on my "to learn" list but can't seem to find any tab or abc. Do you have anything like that? Or are you going to make me learn this by ear?

Your quick fondness for it makes my day, John, Thank you so much. It's some kinda morph--so, Yes I Wrote It.:

The tune came about from remembrance of a sung-song recorded by the Ian Campbell Folk Group, titled 'Hard Life On The Cut.' Tho I probably have the song somewhere here in the total mess (read: 'oh-so-carefully archived tapes, records & cd's") I didn't go back to refer to it.

Anyway, my memory of the tune accounted for some of the 'A' part. I say 'part' because of the hunch that, if it was compared it to the source-song, it would seem a mangle, partial, mis-hear or Completely Unrelated. The 'B' part was probably not in the original song at all. I think I invented it (without giving it much thought) in order to avoid the monotony of just playing the A part over and over and over and over and over again.

Memory is Our Friend. When forgetfulness wets the bed, it blames the memory. When memory wets the bed, it creates official-sounding jargon-terms like 'unforeseen nocturnal bladder non-compatible adaptability consequences' so as to avoid responsibility or a spanking. Claims the sheets have an 18-minute gap.

So get busy memorizing. :)
