It's a neat tune. I've come across 4 different versions of it. I believe they all came from the same source.
Since I play it a little different, that makes 5 versions.
I'm about to post another interesting Jim Bryner tune.

This recording always blows me away. Samuel Bayard collected several versions of it and they are all different. It is one of the most unique tunes I've ever heard and destroys the "myth" that Appalachian music only happens/ed below the Mason Dixon Line.
