Actually, the second tune is, in fact, Pete Lipponcott's Snake River Reel. He also made a dance, of the same name, to go with the tune. The tune below entitled Sarah Armstrong's Tune is just that. In Hill Country Tunes by Samuel Bayard, it is untitled. Someone (Pete Vigour maybe?) brought it to life again and gave it the now familiar title.
You are correct- beautiful playing! Nice sounding dulcimer. I have played tunes with Rick Thum before, but I haven't seen him lately.
