Jim Calvert was my Great Great Uncle and a very popular dance fiddler in the Seattle/Tacoma area for many years. He passed away in 1991.

Love that tune. Been playing on the mandolin. Works really nice with the mandolin. Lots of spots for that tremolo. Noticed your guitar. Is that a Gibson J45? I have a '1947 J45. Sweet guitars.

If you don't mind me taking a few liberties with your tune, I can take your recording here and add some mandolin to it. Mix it all together. Think it would sound real nice - the mandolin tremelos mixed with your fiddle.
