Great job, Bob. Very snappy! I always liked the sound of Romney Marsh, ever since as a kid, Disney, once a year, would show the movie, "The Scarecrow of Romney Marsh", about a vicar, who would get in disguise and help the smugglers against the kings men. Lots of knives and flintlock pistols and nighttime horse chases over the marsh. Great stuff!

We went down to have a look a couple of months ago first time for me and I live less than 50 mile away, you would not want to gallop horses there at night now as riddled with drainage ditches. We had a look in some of the churches there were notes in one about it being used to store contraband probably for a supply of best brandy for the vicar. Google The Smugglers Song, Rudyard Kipling, I think Peter Bellamy put a tune to it. Kingsbridge is in devon in the southwest of England and has its own smuggling history, as well as an assembly hall it has a Public house called the seven stars.
