This is the first music file I have uploaded. I've only been playing seriously for a couple of months. I' ve had a fiddle for awhile but never played it much until I hurt my right hand and can't play the mandolin anymore. Bowing doesn't bother it but picking especially doing tremolo hurts real bad.

Sounds like your mandolin experience has stood you in good stead with where to put your left fingers, which puts you ahead of most beginners. I think you've got a good start!
