Thanks a lot Pete. I play this tune a number of different ways having learned several variations from different fiddlers over a period of time. I've had lots of fun trying to invent catchy little ways to make "cricket" sounds, too. lol

Thank You, NCnotes. I started the fiddle at around 19 years of age and learned a few tunes that my father taught me. I also played some when in my thirties and then pretty much played banjo until 2011 when I moved from upstate NY to the south. It's here in AR and TN that I really got interested in fiddle.
