Let's see, thats a Gibson F style mandolin headstock, and either a University of Texas alumnie ( hook-em-horns), or an Italian, warding off the evil eye, some kid at a heavy metal concert, or someone throwing a gang sign. But I got no idea how you got that camera effect. Pretty cool!
