I played drums as a kid, and now I’m getting involved in Civil War reenacting and I want to learn an instrument to play during events. Living in the Piedmont area near the Appalachian Mountains in North Carolina it seems like fiddle would be perfect to learn to play. I am pretty intimidated by this, but am excited to learn.
