Anyone have a suggestion for a book 2 for viola. The one that I like for violin "Doflein Method-Development of Technique" doesn't have a companion viola method. All I seem to find are skinny method books with not much depth to them. I want one that I can sink my teeth in, with maybe violin/viola duets, and good music exercises.

	Bart says: 2/4/2012 12:12:58 PM I don't have any suggestions for books. If anyone runs across any good ear-learning stuff for viola, I'd be interested to hear. I'd like to learn from CD's by ear. Don't want to try to learn to read viola music, I'm afraid.
	mudbug says: 2/5/2012 3:05:16 AM Bart, put on some CD songs that are in the keys of G and C, especially G. It's like playing in D on the fiddle. Everything is right there. Jam away to your heart's content.
