Here’s an unknown American made violin bow possibly from the 1900’s. The bow is octagonal and weighs 64 grams. After showing this bow to a few bow makers of mine when I was in Port Townsend, WA, they can’t pinpoint a maker, but they think this could’ve been made as a shop bow from an apprentice. Nothing wrong with this bow at all and feels great in the hands!
