Yea, “refresh webpage" and “clear cache’ is always the FIRST thing they tell ya to do…sometimes it works, but in my case ( I am pretty techie) it’s always a deeper problem…
Figuring it out is never fun…
17 emails with screenshots, or 45 minutes on the phone…take your pick…
And sometimes you just wind up adding your problem to their “wishlist”. Argh.
So glad that Peggy’s issue was not a deep one!!

Ok after everything being all screwy and my needing to try to figure out what's what and what's where and all that techie jazz...I think I got it going enough to do a quick YouTube. I'm linking on the Sound off Forum. Thanks, all who helped me out or at least felt my anguish..lol. Hopefully it's ok from here.

Technology will drive us all crazy, I guess. But...I mean, I don't know how else a regular person could afford something like a home recording studio...lol...but, geez, the headaches sometimes.
